Go to your Horago account at: place.horago.com
Go to Options -> Printers
Select the printer you want to edit
Increase the left margin and click save
Question: How to setup printing for Call Waiter requests?
Answer:
Make sure Call Waiter is activated under My Place
Go to Options -> Print Action Mapping -> Create new item
Select Event: Call Waiter, and Action: Print Receipt
Click Save
Question: How do I make drinks print in the bar, and food print in the kitchen?
Answer:
Go to Menu -> Tags -> Create New Item
Create the following Tags: “Food” & “Beverages”
Go to Menu Editor
Click Edit on the first category, and then add the tag accordingly
Click Save - and repeat for all categories
Then go to: Options -> Printers
