General Print Settings

Question: The quantity isn’t visible on the receipt. What do I do?

 

Answer:

  1. Go to your Horago account at: place.horago.com

  2. Go to Options -> Printers

  3. Select the printer you want to edit

  4. Increase the left margin and click save


Question: How to setup printing for Call Waiter requests?

 

Answer:

 

  1. Make sure Call Waiter is activated under My Place

  2. Go to Options -> Print Action Mapping -> Create new item

  3. Select Event: Call Waiter, and Action: Print Receipt

  4. Click Save

 

Question: How do I make drinks print in the bar, and food print in the kitchen?

 

Answer:

 

  1. Go to Menu -> Tags -> Create New Item

  2. Create the following Tags: “Food” & “Beverages”

  3. Go to Menu Editor

  4. Click Edit on the first category, and then add the tag accordingly

  5. Click Save - and repeat for all categories

  6. Then go to: Options -> Printers

Click on your bar printer, and add the “Food”-tag to exclude food and the receipt printed in the bar. Do the same for the kitchen printer, but add the “Beverages”-tag to exclude beverages from the receipt printed in the kitchen.
